Abbott's Humira -Sales for this Drug are in the BILLIONS! Crazy

I despise these pharm companies that supply Biologic medications.  Not only are they loaded with potential DANGEROUS side-effects, but they aren't even that effective and are super costly.  $2,000.- an infusion.

Abbott grossed 9 BILLION in annual Humira sales.

Abbott's Humira set to become world's top-selling drug

  1. POTENTIAL!!

Just like the bacteria you POTENTIALLY might find in a probiotic drink could cause you a POTENTIAL reaction.

Humira has turned my life around after 10 years of suffering, I'm in remission, hold down a job and support my family.

    End of.

  2. Well, I'm happy for you. I'm not being sarcastic when I say that either. I know what it's like to suffer and NOT being able to hold a job and NOT have a life. You have found a medication that works for you; the benefits outweigh the POTENTIAL :) risks and you are willing to get treated with this medication in good faith that none of the serious side-effects will effect you. I on the other hand am not willing to put myself at risk again. Remicade was not very effective for me (or friends and other people that are on it) and it was wayyy too strong for me that my hair was falling out. Also, for some people (like myself) they are not good candidates for this type of treatment based on family history of certain conditions. I don't think doctors really look into the family history and take into consideration who is appropriate for these treatments that have a list of side-effects that can possibly kill someone and not to mention the list is hell of a long list. Also patients are not informed that well about the dangers of these drugs. I had to do my research & it's not just me that's not being told important info.
I'll never support, get treated or recommend this toxic option. There are much safer alternatives out there. It's finding the combination that will be effective.
PS: I suggest researching probiotics. Comparing a natural healthy bacteria strain to a lab made chemical, doesn't even make sense.

    Be well
